Important Instructions for Use.

The following instructions provide the necessary guidelines to maximize your effectiveness and enjoy the most rapid and powerful results.

Listening Instructions: Do not listen to the hypnotic programs while driving a motor vehicle.

1. Each program has a basic induction. A cassette or CD player is all that is required. I recommend using a pillow speaker available from Radio Shack for uninterrupted listening.

2. Play each program 2x's daily for 30 days(Listen to Eating Awareness for 60 days.) When listening to the sets, play in numerical order. This conditions you to accept the suggestions easily. Play each program at night as you are going to sleep. Let the hypnotic suggestions put you to sleep. In the morning or whenever you must awaken, set your alarm 30 minutes earlier then necessary. Reset the alarm, return to sleep. Awaken at your usual time.

3. Once you begin to listen to a program, do not switch to another until you have begun to notice any change. Stay with it at least 30 days. Should you try to use several different programs in the same time span, you overload and confuse your mind as to your specific goals.

4. When playing your tape or CD, if your conscious mind drifts away and you feel as if you have gone to sleep, don't be concerned. As long as you become aware when the end of the program occurs or shortly afterward, you can be sure your subconscious mind has been absorbing the suggestions. Do Not Try To Concentrate on listening while playing your tape. Let your mind drift where it wants to.

How to measure your results.

Many people have used these cassettes over the years. Follow up research has produced the following information on the quality of responses:
21% reported results starting within 2 days.
38.3% reported results starting within 10 days.
27.9% reported results starting within 25 days.
9.5% reported results starting within 45 days.
2.6% reported minimal results.

Reasons for Resistance To Change

William James known as the "Father of American Psychology," said, "All human beings resist change." If you discover that you are not responding quickly or are not experiencing rapid change, here are the usual reasons:

1. You may be overly anxious. This will inhibit results. When dealing with your subconscious mind, the rule is: "Take it easy. Allow it to happen. You cannot force it to happen!"

2. You may be subconsciously resistant or poorly motivated to change. Continued practice will dissolve your resistance.

3. You may be over-controlled and have a fear of "letting go." Continued practice will surely overcome this fear.

Change occurs rapidly when you reach the point of readiness for change. No one can predict the exact moment when one is ready for change. For this reason, you must persist! Don't give up, and never give in. Continue your practice until you have replaced the negative ideas of your deeper mind, and you begin to experience the positive and creative results you truly deserve.
