USING THE PENDULUM INSTRUCTIONS
Feel free to copy this page.

To use the pendulum, you should hold the chain between the thumb and forefinger, with your elbow resting on a table, chair arm or knee. This allows the pendulum to dangle freely.

There are four (4) basic movements for the pendulum.

These are:

1. CLOCK-WISE CIRCLE

2. A COUNTER CLOCK-WISE CIRCLE

3. FORWARD AND BACK (just as you would nod "Yes")

4. LEFT TO RIGHT (just as you would nod your head "No") (when beginning, use the "Get ready" position. This alerts the mind that you are about to begin the process.)

Your subconscious can be asked to make its own selection of movements. One to signify "YES", one for "NO". A third would be for "I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE QUESTION; ASK IT AGAIN AND BE MORE SPECIFIC" or "I DON'T HAVE THE ANSWER AT THIS TIME."

You could specify the movement for each answer, however, the best results are obtained when you let your subconscious mind make this decision.
Besides, this lets you know that your subconscious mind does make decisions. When establishing the basic movements, it is not necessary to speak out loud. You only need to think the question. The pendulum works best when you watch it. It usually starts to move in a short time, but for some it may take a little longer. Be patient.

Don't move the pendulum consciously. This isn't necessary as you will soon discover that it moves quite well of its own accord.
Many people are surprised to find how easy it is to communicate with the "INNER SELF". This isn't supernatural, but merely demonstrates and reminds you that the subconscious decide what to do (when it knows what is in YOUR best interest at the moment).
Furthermore it is able to control muscular movements of the fingers and arms as well as control breathing, heart beat and all other muscles and functions of the body without you consciously willing it to do so.

When asking questions of your inner mind, you should not consciously think of what the answer will be. Even if you do, you will sometimes be surprised and your belief strengthened when you find the pendulum saying NO to a questions you thought was YES and later you are able to verify that the pendulum was correct.
At times you may find the pendulum moving in a manner other than the pre-arranged motions. Usually this means that the question is unclear or that the answer is a MAYBE.
Be careful to word your questions so they can be answered YES or NO.
After becoming proficient with the basic movements, you may want to experiment with more elaborate codes, such as counting or by signifying letters of the alphabet.

NOW, JUST DO IT!!!!!!
